Define Project Scope

Development
Technical Design Documents (TDD) would be created as the first step of the development process including Project Plans and Test Plans. Software prototype would be used to simulate the application and gather feedback from the customers. Upon the successful implementation and integration of all the required functionalities, the team will perform the required testing and work out the detail user guide.
Stabilisation
During this stabilisation phase, a full cycle of solution testing with bug fixing would take place to ensure the software is functioning as desired.
